Heather Kelly

I’m a 43-year-old woman born in Aurora, Colorado, with a life résumé that reads like a road atlas. I’ve lived in Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Florida, and I’ve set foot in every U.S. state except Hawaii and Alaska—those are still on the strategic roadmap. I’m married, raising a stepson in his early twenties, and running a small but effective household operation that includes four dogs (two are ESA, all are non-negotiable) and one extremely senior cat who has seen everything and judges silently. I’m AuDHD, which means my brain runs fast, deep, and sideways—an asset, not a flaw. I decompress with music and by immersing myself in the worlds of manhwa and manga. I’m actively working on weight loss because long-term sustainability matters. I’m pagan and practice witchcraft, a personal belief system that delivers more clarity and accountability than the one my overly religious parents would prefer. Bottom line: I’ve lived widely, think independently, value old wisdom, and refuse to shrink myself to make other people comfortable.
